The blooms can be either be single or double \u0026amp; are pollinated by bees \u0026amp; other insects. The leaves of this very cold hardy shrub turn lovely shades of orange \u0026amp; red in the fall. Wild plant’s plums come in a variety of colors ranging from yellow to red to blue to a nearly black deep purple.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEnjoy the plums fresh right off the shrub, dry them for later use, or make them into jams, pies, or wine, for which they are grown commercially.
