For Plants:
Starter plants are well-rooted but still young. For best results, avoid transplanting into a large pot right away. Gradually increase pot size to support healthy growth. Plants are shipped either in their pots to protect the roots or bare root, depending on the variety and best shipping method. Please do not put your plant into full sunlight upon arrival. Find a shady spot and adjust the plant to full sunlight gradually.
For Cuttings:
Cuttings are unrooted unless otherwise stated. Rooting success depends on your growing environment, propagation method, and care. Please pot or water your cuttings promptly upon arrival to ensure the best chance of success.

Shipping:
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship either Thursday at 4 pm or during Friday. Plants and cuttings are carefully packed to maintain freshness and protect roots or stems.
I'm not shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
