Very hardy for zones 3-10, Blue Monday Sage is very easy to sow. They best way is to direct sow in spring after your last frost. Sow on the surface of your garden bed and lightly dust with screened peat.
You can also start early in pots, or direct sow in spring, but a quick cold treatment will enhance germination. When sowing on pots sow on the surface of the potting mix, lightly dust with fine sand or vermiculite, and expose to light.
