Plants perform best in cool, fertile soil in moderate summer climates with proper air circulation. They like their blooms to be in sun and their roots to be in shade.
In mild climates, plant September through November.
Harvest: Harvesting flowers increases blooms. Cut stems when half the flowers on a stem are open. Vase life 4-6 days
Sweet peas reseed themselves heavily, while fantastic and prolific, they can also be invasive down the line, be mindful of where you plant your beautiful sweet peas!
